"I started my Martial arts training with Judo, which I trained while still at school. Later in my teens I started training with Karate and also was working on boxing, which gave me more of a hand driven style. With my other commitments though I had to take a break for a while but I was soon drawn back in to the "arts" by Tae Kwon Do then also two years of Aikido. So, I had developed quite an understanding of various styles before finding WingChun, which I started in June 2001. After five years of training at least twice a week I was very proud to achieve my 1st Technician level in June 2006."
